What is film faced plywood?

It refers to formwork plywood, shuttering plywood, concrete form.

It coated with wearable and waterproof film on two sides. The film is adhesive impregnate paper. The function of the film is to protect the inside wood from moisture, water, weather. And extend the plywood’s service life. Film faced plywood can use in harsh and outside environment as concrete formwork, floorboard, vehicle building.

The most common film is brown film or black film . You may heard from some supplier in China,  that the brown film usually has better quality than black film. However, it’s not true all the time. Some black film one has the same high quality as brown film ones. When you making an inquiry, an experienced salesman will know what the real quality you need, by telling them your usage of it.

Because of this end use, customers usually want WBP glue, which is more suitable use as shuttering for big projects. Some customers require MR glue, which can use as shuttering for ordinary projects.
